What to wear

For your Feldenkrais lessons it makes sense to wear clothes that allow you to move freely. You can use our changing rooms at the institute, but you don't have to wear anything special - as long as it doesn't inhibit your movements. It's a good idea to wear socks and please bring something (scarf, blanket, towel) to help maintain the hygiene of the mat you will be using here. Thank you!
